FIBER OPTIC TECHNICIAN EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
Fiber Optic Technician Empowerment Program
Optical Fiber is a cable signal transmission technology that uses glass or plastic threads (fibers). Fiber optic cables are capable of transmitting modulated messages into light waves. Glass fiber usually has a diameter of around 120 micrometers which is used to transmit light signals from one place to another up to a distance of 50km without using repeaters. Wave signals can be coding for voice communications or computer data. Considering how complex the Fiber Optic training material is for participants, a training provider who is experienced in the field is needed so as not to make participants quickly bored and fed up in exploring this technical field.
