Head of Sales
- Experience leading a team in different background and experience with principals in different geographies and working across cultural boundaries.
- Our ideal candidate is an energetic, proactive team player, target driven, with a minimum 10 years experience in selling FO,RF and IoT products of which at least 5 years experience with consultative/solution-based selling. Experience selling the full value chain in FO, RF, IoT i.e. Device, Tools, measurements tests, Access, Platform and Application / Analytics is preferred.
- He/she has well developed communication skills, is able to communicate at CxO level, willing to travel and speaks English fluently.
- Generally requires a Technical Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred, equivalent experience accepted.
- Lead FO, RF, IoT Sales team and provide operational discipline to team on funnel management.
- Hunt yourself for new FO,RF,IoT large accounts and accelerate revenues.
- Maintain close relationships and review status with key customers through frequent visits, daily contact and customer events.
- Solidify existing revenue base and increase it by identifying opportunities for further penetration of contracted services and the upsell of new services.
- Work with Management and other process partners on approval process and renewal cycles for services.
- Actively identifying new business from innovative services in the customer base and engage in joint planning discussions with current customers engaging Solutions Engineering, Innovation and Product teams as support.
- Providing transparent and consistent management input on progress (CRM; sales funnel, periodic reviews);
- Build and manage a high performing team around a common goal or vision that can execute a complex, highly matrixed sales strategy in a very competitive market.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to align customer business challenges to the FO,RF,IoT Technologies portfolio and the desired business outcomes they can achieve.
